  • BRIAN ALEF

    FOUNDER & CEO

    Brian directs the investment and growth strategy for Town Companies, as well as its development activities.

    Previously at Westwood Residential, Brian served in both development and construction capacities focused on North Texas. During Brian’s tenure with Westwood, he was involved in the construction and development of over 4,500 units, approximately $550 million in total capitalization. Prior to Westwood, Brian served as co-owner and president of City Park Construction, a Holt Lunsford Commercial–related entity, focused on concrete and painting services to the commercial industry. Brian assumed responsibility over City Park Construction in 2010, increasing revenue fivefold while simultaneously growing the employee base. City Park Construction was sold for a sizable profit in March 2019.

    Brian received a BS in Construction Management from Michigan State University and holds a Texas Real Estate Salesperson License.

  • SONNY WAGNER

    DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION

    Sonny has been active in all aspects of construction for over 35 years. Sonny joined Town Companies in 2022 and oversees all construction activities. He brings a wealth of knowledge to every project due to his hands-on experience in a wide variety of roles including assistant superintendent, superintendent, project manager, and vice president.

    Prior to joining Town, Sonny served as Senior Vice President for Westwood Residential, where he spent 25 years and was directly involved in the construction of 7,000 units of varying product types.

  • AJ GLASS

    VICE PRESIDENT OF DEVELOPMENT

    AJ joined Town Companies in 2022. He is responsible for the sourcing and execution of multifamily development projects.

    Prior to joining Town, AJ served as Partner at Realty Capital. His role included project entitlement, design, managing construction, and disposition of mixed-use, multifamily, and commercial developments. Throughout that timeframe, he was responsible or directly involved in $300 million in total capitalization.

    AJ graduated from Princeton University in 2017 with an A.B. in American Politics. During his time at Princeton, he founded the student Real Estate Club, played running back on the football team, and was a contributing member of the 2013 and 2016 Ivy League Championship teams.

  • TANIA OFFENBAKER

    MANAGER | PROJECT COORDINATOR | ACCOUNTANT

    Tania joined Town Companies in 2023 where she is responsible for assisting Town GC operations in the administrative management of owner and subcontractor contracts, change orders, applications for payments, general payables along with all aspects of Town Cos corporate and development accounting.

    Prior to joining Town, Tania spent 10 years with Trammel Crow Residential as a Project Coordinator where she supported multifamily construction activities in Austin, Colorado, Arizona, and Dallas-Fort Worth. Tania was instrumental in establishing best practices, processes, procedures, and implementing software to streamline construction operations.
