Ferguson Flats at Bishop Ridge is phase 3 of a 5 Phase QOZ development in Dallas, TX. The project is a three-story, garden style community offering luxury finishes and high-end community amenities. Ferguson Flats is a public-private partnership between the Dallas Public Facility Corporation (“PFC”) and Town Companies. The PFC structure requires 51% of units to be income-restricted in exchange for 100% property and sales tax exemption. Town General Contractors completed construction in December of 2024, ahead of schedule and under budget. The project name was inspired by Monta Ferguson who purchased the historic “Turner House” in 1926 and subsequently subdivided the estate, creating the first rental property in Lake Cliff.
