The Cambridge at Bishop Ridge is phase 4 of the 5 phase QOZ development in Dallas, Texas. The project is located across the street from Ferguson Flats. While the two projects have many similarities, The Cambridge is distinct in having 11 third-floor units with private rooftop terraces. The terraces offer picturesque views of Downtown Dallas. The Cambridge is also a public-private partnership between Dallas PFC and Town Companies. Town General Contractors completed construction in February 2025, ahead of schedule and under budget. The project’s name is rooted in history when at the turn of the 19th Century, Lake Cliff was being marketed as the “Cambridge of the South.”
