Burnett Lofts at Bishop Ridge is phase 2 of a 5 phase QOZ development located in the Oak Cliff neighborhood of Dallas, Texas. The project was a land assemblage of four individual property owners that ultimately aggregated the entire city block. Burnett Lofts sits on 1.47 acres and includes 69 traditional units, 16 two-story loft units, and 1 detached townhome. Construction was completed in Q1 2025. The property name is in recognition of Burnett Field, the home to the late professional baseball team, the Dallas Eagles, and the venue for a President Truman campaign rally.
